STEP 03 • THE QUOTE PROCESS
What Happens After You Contact Us — The Quote Process Explained
Four steps from first contact to written estimate — no guesswork between them.
Call (614) 227-8000 or email info@ColumbusConcretesolutions.com with your project address and a brief description.
We’ll ask about dimensions, surface type, existing conditions, and intended use — passenger vehicles, heavy loads, or foot traffic.
For most projects, we schedule a visit to confirm conditions, check sub-base indicators, and verify dimensions before any number is calculated.
A written proposal with every variable listed — thickness, PSI, reinforcement type, sub-base scope, and finish. No lump sums.
STEP 04 • HAVE THESE READY
Have These Five Things Ready Before You Call
Having a few details ready reduces the time between your first call and your written estimate.
- 1Project address and approximate dimensions
- 2Current condition of existing surface (if replacement is involved)
- 3Intended use — foot traffic, passenger vehicles, or heavier loads
- 4Any finish or decorative preferences (broom, stamped, exposed aggregate, undecided)
- 5Preferred timeline or project start window
You don’t need everything perfectly nailed down — the more you can share on the first call, the faster we move.
